Issue with JP vs NA/EU servers loading

Why is it when I am trying to log in, after pressing Start it spending 30 seconds trying to load the JP worlds (where I have no character) *every* time? Yet, if I even once get an error trying to load the NA/EU worlds, it will never ever try and reload them - the error that they can't be found is automatic and never changes, though you *can* find the JP worlds each time if it fails to load once.

This needs fixing. Better yet, give me the option to disable trying to load JP worlds which I will never play on. You're wasting my time while I am trying to waste my own time spamming 0.
