Ps3 code wont work

So i was playing early access all fine and dandy friday the 30th i was too busy to play and that led on through the weekend i finnaly had time today well i figured servers up i can register it now and make everything official. I keep getting this account is not linked to final fantasy xiv or something like that when i try to log in and my registration code when i put it into psn store or account management reedeem code screen i keep getting the same invalid code or that it has been used. I JUST OPENED MY GAME TODAY. I want help i made a ticket today and im pissed off. What the hell do i do?
