Will there ever be a system that kicks afk players? People stand around for hours doing nothing except filling the servers, I knew a few people who say they cheat and never log off. There should be something implemented that will kick someone after about an hour or so if they haven't moved in awhile! It would clear up the servers a bit and probably help a lot with this full server crap going on!

That thought has been had by thousands of intelligent people. Unfortunately, none of those people are on the development team and therefore it will never happen, because SE is simply too goddamned stupid to turn the gun away from their own foot.
This subject has already been brought up and according to SE they are more concerned about the technical issues they are facing and won't be working on an auto afk kicker till they get everything smoothed out and working as intended.
They've said they'll look into it, after the server updates on Wednesday.
