Frequent Issues With Lobby Server

So, this wasn't so much of an issue during the early launch, or in the first 2 days but, it has gotten much worse since the 30th it seems. When logging into the game, before character select, I have seen several error messages. They all seem to be thrown at me randomly. Most commonly I see "Unable to update the group NA/EU character list." When it occurs I have to close the game and re-launch. I do see the same message for the JP list however, usually after clicking Start 2-3 times, the message goes away; often replaced by the NA/EU side failing.

I have also begun seeing error 2002 frequently. "The lobby server connection has encountered an error." This will occur at the Start screen often, and occasionally after clicking Start when the game tries to access the character lists. The game will sometimes display an empty character select page for several seconds before the error appears and the client closes, forcing me to log back in again.

Finally, and this one really confuses me... when clicking Start, error 1017 appears before even reaching the character select screen. Is the server situation getting worse? Is there some local cache that could be causing the issue to get worse? 1017 was annoying but I could work around it. The game closing after error 2002 and forcing me to log back in and the NA/EU server list not loading is not. Anyone else experiencing these issues for the first time, or more frequently now?
