The beta community was not all that great I still recall the same silly topics like people complaining about big name streamers playing the game and other nonsense.

That was the few players that use the forums. :C
Phase 2 and 3 weren't complaining about streamers either but I'm not talking about the forum community really. I really haven't played a game where the forum community wasn't complaining about this, that or the other thing.

True, it was definitely just some of the posters on the forums from what I've seen. Once I got into the game, it seemed like everyone was really friendly. Some still are of course but... you know.

Yeah it seems that the more vocal players have a higher tendency to be mean. Myself included :3. On my server the north thanalan, blue fog FATE grinders have been mean to new comers. They also didn't let me a tank play in their reindeer games, quite often :'C.

Community really hasn't actually change much, just some people are taking things more seriously now, seeming to forget that its a game. Sometimes quite frankly, people do need to learn the mechanics, myself included at times. Other times, mistakes are made, some legit, some frankly stupid that people deserve some ridicule for. But there's a limit to that. Sometimes you need to just calm down, relax and keep cool rather than fling insults. Flinging insults just tears up a group that could have otherwise had the potential to complete the dungeon.
