Menu System for Skills/Spells/Abilities?

Remember these things? I would like to divide my abilities up into menus so I can access them easier. Seems like once I fill my original 1-9 keys on the keyboard, I really don't have the ambition to work with any other rows of abilities. I honestly don't know what abilities I have by looking at the pictures and I'd like it better if there were words I could select. I don't think it should be the norm, but as an option this would be nice in battle.

I totally agree selecting from a group of attacks and spells seems more like Final Fantasy. But i Guess that have the these shortcuts juts makes it easier for everyone else that plays other MMOs so they pick up on it quickly. But the idea would make it more unique from other MMOs. I would be all in for this option.
