Update the Configuration Utility

I find the configuration utility we have to be very unsuitable for the game. I would like to see an auto detect feature to select the best settings for a computer. I would also like to see descriptions next to each option to understand what it is we are tweaking and how it should impact the game. The font settings would be nice if they would show a preview of how the font would look in-game, as there are many fonts and they display differently in the game than one might expect.

It would also be nice to have these settings in-game as much as possible so we don't constantly have to shut down the game, go back into the utility, tweak it, and then start back up to see how it changes things. This has discouraged me from messing with things too much, which I would like to do to get a good "smooth feel" to how the game performs.
