Problems trying to logging a character

When I click on "Start" in the title screen, after being in place for approximately one minute the character selection screen, I was redirected to the title screen and I get a window that says:

13001 The lobby server connection has encountered an error.
Error Code: 0
Status: 0
TIMEOUT

I have repeatedly tried to enter but not leave me. I tried restarting the pc and the router, but does not work. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the game but not useless. I do not know what to do. I have spent almost two days as well and does not seem to solve the problem yourself, either.
Somebody has been the same? Anyone know how to solve this problem? Appreciate any help / suggestions please. Thanks in advance.
