It might be wrong, but i think it reads data of memory.
Is there any official word if we are allowed to use it ?

3rd party tools not legal.
unless SE blessed it i wouln't use it.
The way that a parser works is very much legal. The gaming community has been using this method of monitoring DPS for a VERY long time. Simply put, all it does is read information from your Battle tab.
it's borderline legal/against the TOS since it doesn't do anything more than read the memory to give an indication of your DPS. If it read and wrote the memory to automatize actions in the game, yes, it would be completely against the TOS
well...square enix doesn't have ownership over electronic signal in your memory.
I'm 100% sure that even if you modify digital value in your memory for some reason(like cheating) it won't illegal since THEY ARE PHYSICAL ELECTRIC SIGNAL IN YOUR OWN MEMORY.
But yes,It against the TOS.
I admit that I didn't read the TOS(dafuq? are there anyone read that?).
So I don't know that reading assembly instruction in area of memory that allocate for ffxiv client is againt TOS or not.
I highly doubt they will ban you for using it, since it would be pretty retarded to do.
If it reads memory rather than reading a log, its a good chance to get you banned, if they get around to worrying about that sort of thing.
"legal" lol
as if there is a law against it
