Free Company questions

Can someone please tell me how to customize my FC's crest? We got the ability a while ago, but I can't seem to find the feature. I've checked at the GC desk with all the NPCs as well as my FC window. Maybe I'm missing the obvious...

Also, should a FC change it's allegiance so that it's standing rises with all 3 GCs? My FC is nearly capped with Gridania, and I'm not sure if we need to do anything after that.

Simply talk to the OIC Officer at the Grand Company, and you get the option to design the crest.

Hmm... I've talked to him dozens of times and never saw the option. I'll look again.

Your Free Company must reach Rank 2 before you unlock the Crest Customization. After you've reached Rank 2, go back to the OIC Administrator at the Grand Company that you affiliated with. Near the counter and the Administrator will be another OIC official that you talk to to customize your Crest.

We've been rank 5 for a while. Apparently I just walked right past the NPC and went for straight for the counter. /facepalm
