Either I'm completely blind, or this option is well hidden. I have some level 15 gear I want to infuse some materia with, but I can't find the option to do so, and the active help only tells me about requesting melds, which isn't what I want to do.

you NEED a right crafting class leveled and you need to do the quest (in Central Thanalan at bonfire)
Oh, turns out I have to be level 19.
Guess that means I'll just hold onto my materia for now then.
