So earlier tonight i was playing and randomly ive been getting error 90000 lost connection to the server. I've never had any problem with the game lagging etc. But since that first error i keep getting dced over and over and over. Wait in que get in and get dced after a few minutes. It almost seems like its some sort of lag but ive checked my internet and other online games. It only seems to be happening in FF 14 ARR. Is this normal or has something went amiss with my isp?
Its normal with server congestion. If you read some of the threads in this forum they show that many people are having login problems. I myself am still trying to get into Behemoth :\

I, too, have been having this issue since Saturday. The 90k boots seem to have increased with frequency over the past 2 days to the point that I can't even type a sentence in fc before I get 90k'd out again. Incredibly frustrating to suffer through hours upon hours of 1017 just to get in and 90k'd right back out for 2 days straight.
Conversely, my husband can (and has been) playing the last two days with little to no problems whatsoever. He's gotten 90k'd 2x to my 20x. He is able to play hours and hours with no problems at all, while I can't manage mere seconds of play time at this point.
You are not alone, friend. Although, sadly, I can offer no more insight than my own personal experience because I don't know the cause of this error nor how to fix it.
Found a temporary fix. I didn't think it would work but came across someone suggesting a vpn. I am using Spotflux. Its free and non complicated. I was getting 90ked soon as i logged in but for the last hour after i installed this no 90ks at all. Give it a try and hopefully you guys have similar results! Let me know if it works.
