Hello, my friends, my brother and I (7 accounts total) are currently thinking about monthly subscription for the game, but if we are willing to pay for service we expect best service, support etc.
One of the question is are there physical servers in Europe or are they in USA-Canada.
For login, errors etc. we understand, new game launch... we have been trough that many times in many different MMOs.

There are no servers located in Europe. All NA/EU servers are located in Montreal Canada.

No not as of yet and I'd say the actual server's locations are the least of concern right now. When it works you'd not really notice it at all (meaining comparing the players experience located in NA and EU).
