Would it be possible to add a RSS feed for the staff notices that gets posted in the UPDATES forum and subsquent subsections? Given the importance of the forum now (and the reduction of importance of the Lodestone) I think it would be a good idea.

Yes, I would like this as well. It's a good way to track for important notices and news, especially since they will now be delivered through here, from what I read.
There's a little RSS button above the green check mark, to the far right of the Forum name.
