So I'm about to embark on my LV40 BARD quest for "Army's Paeon" and then LV45 Rain of Death. I've seen other Lv45 players with every AF but the body. Is there a quest to do them? Bard specifically?

So I'm about to embark on my LV40 BARD quest for "Army's Paeon" and then LV45 Rain of Death. I've seen other Lv45 players with every AF but the body. Is there a quest to do them? Bard specifically?
Yeah, it's the 45 BRD quest, which gets you everything but the chest. The chest is at 50.
