I cant log into game at all, It says I need to register(again). When I try to register it says my code is already being used. I played at early access, now I cant get into game at all. Somehow I deleted game from my computer trying to gain entry to game from the download site. I opened a ticket earlier, thinking about having my credit card company pull back the funds...
I just had this same problem...Browsed around SE support articles and found something that worked for me, so maybe it'll help you too! I got the digital download so I got an email with my order number and serial number. That email had a link to a site (www.findmyorder.com) and if you enter the email your order confirmation was sent to and the last 5 digits of the card you used, I found my registration code that way and was able to try to play again...still getting the 1017 code. :( There were other instructions if you got a physical copy though, I could look for that article again if you needed. Hope that helps!
I dealt with this for 3 days man it was awful and getting tech support from SE was slow with the massive volume of problems they are dealing with all I can say is stick with it try and get email support from SE and don't get frustrated.
Apparently the first code I used was only for the pre-launch. I ended up re-registering with another code I had for after the official launch. This is the worst game launch I have ever had. Many issues to say the least...
