Duty finder and Server Issues

So were doing a run of The Stone Vigil, everything going really well when the game DC's the healer. Its the worst thing ever cause that guy is never coming back in the current world of FF 1017.

However it took 15 minutes for him to get fully dc'd then another 5 for the duty finder to actually offer us a replacement healer then we had to wait in queue for him to come back.. the whole time the timer is just ticking away.

So here is the questions..
1. Why as a developer did you make it impossible for someone to log back in when they get dc'd (especially when you already don't stop people from afking to log in eternally.

2.If we can't log in when were not fully dc'd why make it so your group has to wait 15 minutes for the game to decide you can play again.

3. Why can't people log in when their character is on the server already but the game dc'd cause its full of flaws.

Just stacking douche baggery on poor development and server stability.
