90000 (not a rage thread)

So my girlfriend who I play with frequently disconnects every 2 hours on the dot. It's usually 2 hours~ exactly from when she finally gets in the game. It doesn't matter what she's doing in game, 2 hours in she'll get kicked with a 90000 error. She doesn't disconnect from Skype or the internet or anything so I'm wondering if it has to do with all the server issues the game is having? She's never had any problem on any game before, just with XIV.

I knew people were getting the 90000 errors on zoning and whatnot, but every 2 hours on the dot seems a little fishy. Any ideas? Also, I apologize if this has been posted before. I tried searching a bit but didn't find anything that was directly related to this.
