As awesome as the storyline is...

What a hassle it is to even do one. Without giving away any spoilers; in the Lominsa storyline I've had to run back and forth to the God's Grip like 5 times already for a small ****in cutscene. You want to find the X? go to God's Grip. You wanna arrest Mr. X? go to God's Grip. You wanna kill X? go to God's Grip. WTF! I love the storyline but why did they design it as a time sink rather than something fun to do. So dumb SE and please change it up, this is boring stuff and not even the sweet ass cutscenes and the storyline itself will save those quests. The Ul'Dah quests were no different, you ran for miles and miles for 2 lines of dialogue and then you had to run back.

I agree with that. While I think changing the existing storyline quests would be impractical, a lot can be done for the next ones, especially in making the player the "protagonist" and not simply a sidekick with no personality or importance (which is my main gripe with the storyline so far).
