Steps:
1. Accepted the first quest after joining the Ul'dah Free Company.
2. Teleport to Horizon.
3. Head to coordinates above for instanced questline location.
4. Attempt to complete quest line report.
5. ---> Quest Instance area will not appear, the character will appear below the ground level and be disconnected. (I was forced to force close through the Windows Task Manager)
6. Attempt to log back in using same character.
7. Get past the 1017 Error messages.
8. ---> The user will experience an exception stating "The lobby server connection has encountered an error." (Error 2002).
