Anyone else tired of the JP servers being first.....?

I dont know about other people but i am sick of the JP server being there main focus. I get its a japanese company but its just stupid to spend more effort on the JP side when the NA/EU side obviously has the majority of the players on it. we all cant get in cant make toons cant play unless we goto a JP server, i hope along with the extended freeplay time they offer free toon transfers from the server you had to play on to the server you wanna be on. the 1017 error and not loading the server list even is just stupid... wake up SE!!! yes your a japanese company but most of your money isnt generated from there!!

Yeah, an issue arises, it's taken care of in 1-3 hours on JP. On NA, it takes days...this is bull crap! I've been unable to get in game for 2.5 days now...

Well im on a JP server now... couldnt get into the last JP server i made a toon on so i get to start over again.... for the 8th time... wish i could get on the same NA server more then 1 day. Sick of redoing the opening. guess the plus side is i have tried all the classes... but still this is just crap that JP comes first and NA/EU come in a very distanct second

Wait, it gets better. Combined with EU, we have almost a grand total of 60k technical issues posts. JP? About 96. AND they have threads in Resolved and Currently Reviewing. AND they have moderator replies. Stupid thing is that we make up most of their income. They're not very smart... Just a reply from someone would be nice at this point.

Most Japanese have same similarity that is priority unto them first to several reason. 1st: The main server is at Japan. They usually fixed it there before patched in euro /NA. 2nd: Our NA/Eu is know as 'parking lots' where all update is all came from Japan. Each patch consists lots of time and effort due to different region languages. (so, code is diff). 3rd: time to download is take time as well. Between server bus connections. I often got 1016 and even 900000 most of my time but I understand. Usually I have no issue on this due to I can sleep , eat doing daily and come back . Why must online 24/7 in game all the time.?? ridiculous !!

yes BUT JP shouldnt be where the main server is. the majority of the players are in NA/EU not JP they should have given the main priority to the largest group. that isnt japan its everyone else. they should get patching things on NA/EU directly and ignore the JP servers for a while we NA/EU people have suffered long enough we want to freakin play! i havent been able to play the same toon more then 1 day. and thats just retarded

yea a japanese company that makes most of its money from other countries then japan. most of the people that purchased this game are in NA/EU locations. They should get the priority not the JP serves simply because its a japan based company.
