I just got my chocobo, went to put the bahamut armor on that I got from the CE, and it just disappeared. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's behemoth, not bahamut. And it didn't disappear. Go to your Companion menu (Chocobo button in your profile) and there is gear section at the right bottom corner of that window. Press on part of gear you want to change and boom :)
