Clean Up Forums

When I get an error message or servers down message while attempting to log into game, I come to website to see if others are experiencing the same issue or if it is a known problem/a problem that is being addressed. Technical Issues seems to be the place to find this information but it is overrun by threads of people upset about 1017 (which even if it is considered a "technical issue," it is a known ongoing one due to server overpopulation) or multiple threads about the same error. During beta 4, a sticky was created for the 3102 bug. Can stickies be created for some of the known error messages for people to reply when they are experiencing that error? If more information is needed concerning instances on a particular day, new threads could be started by moderators then locked when that particular instance is considered resolved. Multiple threads over the same issue need to be locked with attachment directing people to appropriate thread.
