Question about character after free trial.

After the Free Trial is up if we don't pay for our monthly subs will our characters get deleted? I know in FFXI that they never do even after years. But I seen talk that after the free trial that SE was going to delete characters from open beta and whatever so it frees up space on servers. Say I didn't pay until 2.1ver comes out.

Yay, bumping posts cause I cant play...

I wouldn't be surprised if characters from beta 4 but do not own the game get deleted, but if you've bought the game, put in your code, you wont lose em.
