Aetherflow Not Working

Steps: When in battle, and casting Aetherflow, Quite often it will not give the stacks of Aetherflow, the ability will go on cooldown and restore some MP however it will not grant the 3 stacks of Aetherflow like it should, It primarily happens most when casting spell quickly, Example: cast Miasma, skills are on the 1 second global cooldown, Start spam hitting the button to cast Aetherflow, and immediatly after start hitting the button to cast another spell, about 30% of the time it wont give me the Aetherflow stacks. If I take my time and click the abilities slowly rather then fast as possible it usually never fails. In the heat of combat while fighting a boss clicking the abilities as fast as I can so my tank wont die it usually fails to give me the stacks. As well as when using a Summoner or Arcanist, If im spamming my abilities really fast to keep all my dots on and follow the same quick clicking it will usually fail to give me the stacks as well. It seems when you cast Aetherflow you get the stacks about 1 second after the animation, So I believe if you cast a ability as fast as possible afterwards it takes dominance of the spellcast and does not allow the Aetherflow animation to fully finish and does not give you your Aetherflow stacks. Im not sure thats just me guessing.
