Currently the "Moogle Cap" headwear states that it "Increases EXP earned by 20% when below level 10." However, the player still gains the 20% bonus *at* level 10.
Either the description should be changed to say "at or below level 10" or the exp gain should not occur at level 10.
Tested using the Fisher class.
