Share Ps3 key with a friend for PC

Hello,
I was wondering, I have the PC version of the game as digital download, but I'd also like to play on the Ps3. Would it be possible to buy the Ps3 version, play on my PC account and give the Ps3 code to a friend so he can play the game on his PC?
Has anyone tried something like this?

Your friend wont be able to play it on hes PC if he use PS3 key.
PS3 code = play on PS3 only
PC = PC only
If he want to play on PC he need a PC key etc.

Or well thats how i'm pretty sure it works.

But I can play on both PS3 and PC with only paying one subscription, right?

Correct. You would need to register both the pc and ps3 codes to one service account.

Yes but not at the same time.

I'm guessing if you want to play both you have to buy both pc and ps3 versions, which is what I did to play PC while the wifey is on the tv and vice versa. But once YOU use the codes, you aren't able to give em away.
