Repairing the new Item which drops off prince pestilence called Seer's cowl currently has a repair bug when using the npc. Repair cost is set at max for a repairable item which is 999,999 gil. This is an obvious oversight as it's only a rank 35 item and no item in game costs nowhere near this much to repair via npc, thank you xD
