Is there a method to destroy AF gear?

I already had full BLM AF from 1.0 stored in my inn chest. I did the BLM quest line and was awarded another full set. I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of it. It is just -5 inventory now that I am stuck with because the destroy/discard button don't seem to apply to AF.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No there is a issue, a bug report has been raised for it, nothing heard yet

There needs to be a way to destroy it or get rid of it or have the quest not give you the AF if you already have it. I have two sets of WAR AF. D:
