Error 10102, unable to load jp and na/eu character list

I wish i was posting on here for a positive reason but unfortunately, my time with the game has been met with unwavering connectivity issues. When first booting up the game after making my character, i was thrown into the JP server Valefor because none of the NA/EU servers were accepting any characters. I disregarded that because i am a big fan of your games and was eager to play. The following day, i was getting errors left and right about the server not being able to load and i wasn't able to log in at all, but my roommate who plays the game as well, is able to log in and play just fine without any issues. All i want is to be able to enjoy the game without having to be shown an error message every time i go to log in. It's been happening for two days straight now and i just want to see it resolved because i respect you at Square Enix and everything that you guys have made and I don't want to shy away from you at all. Thank you in advance and I'm looking forward to hearing from someone.
