There's a difference between a Class and a Job. A class is the basic groups you start out as--Marauder, Archer, etc. Jobs are specialized classes you unlock through leveling certain classes and completing their quests--for example, to get Scholar, you must level Arcanist to 30, and Conjurer to 15 (if the wiki is correct), then complete the corresponding quest at the Arcanist guild.

As an Archer I think you're limited to just Bard as your 'Job'. You need to get Archer up to 30 and Pugilist up to 15, if my memory serves.

yes but the problem is same!
if i wanna up scholar a need to be an arcanist lvl30 and conjurer lvl 15 and for play my scholar in HL i need to up 50 but i have no quest for that, i m already do all with my archers.

I think she is referring to grinding the last few levels.
You can grind FATES (which you dont want to do),
can do Hunting Log (journal de chasse I think),
and Leve's + Duty Finder.
I didnt do any quests for my first class, only the Story and Class quests and got to level 30 fine. I saved all the side quests...

She's not asking about jobs for classes... she's asking about quest content for other classes after you've already gone through quest hubs and the story arc on a different class.
The answer is basically you are stuck grinding (or bashing as you say). each city state has low level quests you can do, but they generally fall short of actually getting you very high.

I get ya now. Yeah, unfortunately, the missions you've done are gone for any later grind. As had been mentioned, you're pretty much stuck doing FATES, Leves, dungeons in your duty finder (I think) and taking on random mobs. Starter missions in other cities give you terrible XP. I am not looking forward to it.

yeah.... that i thinking, you need to be a Corean to up another job :p

As others have said, when you're getting your next classes you'll have to progress by killing monsters instead of doing quests. Whether it's hunt logs, leves (which honestly you should save for your Crafting profession seeing as they're more limited in their leveling options at least early on), guildhests, or FATEs you should have plenty of options.
On top of that though you also get a bonus to your experience gain based on the level differences between your classes.

As Caraway said, you get an EXP bonus, +50% to be exact, when you level any job that is lower than another one. So any kind of grinding you do will go a lot more quickly.
