NA/EU login servers down for past 3 days, yet SE only responds to Japanese problems

On the launcher, there are a bunch of posts (dated 9.1.13) about the difficulties with the Japanese servers, but nothing about the NA/EU servers.

I guess SE only cares about their Japanese customers since they can't be bothered to update their NA/EU customers on the current denial of service.

Because the NA community is full of trolls and toxic people. Good example? Look at the amount of rage threads. I've been to the Japan threads and they're not as hell on earth like the English forums.

It's up for me I just can't log in, no surprise here.

Be that as it may, we are all paying customers and should be treated equally.

Their problems are being tackled, obviously they aren't as angry.

Yeah I can't help feel an obvious sense of neglect and possible (hate to go there, but...) racism.
