Unable to obtain the World list?

I have had this problem since around 3PM yesterday. I made a character on the JP servers and started to use that as my main, partly because I didn't want to have to deal with trying to get into a world, and mainly because I didn't really feel like reading all the bitching about how much of a "fail" this launch was. Ever since yesterday I have been getting the error "Unable to obtain the World list" for JP servers but I'm able to get NA/EU servers to show up?

Is there any fix for this or are the JP servers down?
