Is anyone else still having issues with PS3 12 digit registration code

im really struggling here, i couldnt get onto early access because the code i got was invalid, i thought 'hey ho', ill wait for the physical to get here and sure it will be fine, so now my physical copy is finally here and with the code out of the box its still coming up invalid!! am i doing something wrong or is there a special way to do this?

i have checked all digits are correct, and also tried on the account management redeem codes and playstation store redeem codes.

Try to substitute D and o and 0. I heard they had a printing error and some letters printed out wrongly. I wish I could remember the thread where I read this, as it would have more information than I can provide, given that I barely read that thread. Try searching?

no no luck there, this is getting rather frustrating.
