Thrown out of queue

I understand queues, I understand server being full.

But this is NOT ok behaviour.

I was in the queue and THEN got the message that server is full.
Did someone else take my spot in the queue? or is the whole queue thing just bugged and bogus?

I have had the same thing happen to me many times now. SE apparently has said that error 1017 is working intended, but as we can see above...that is BS. Not only does this happen but sometimes it will go from giving error 1017 to a queue of like 15. That means there were barely any people in queue the whole time I was trying to log in. I really hope SE loses a lot of people to this crap, because this kind of service is 100% unacceptable.

Agreed, the exact same thing has been happening to me on and off since Thursday; which is the last time I was able to stay logged in for more than 5 minutes.

I have not had this happen to me but my gf has. As if its not annoying enough to click click click click only to see 1017....but to get that sigh of relief of getting into que, only to see this pop up an shatter your hopes of finally getting in.
