Artifact gear

Seems a dumb question but where I get it?

The first set is granted starting with a job quest 45 and the last piece at 50 as far as I'm aware.

Level 45 job quest is when it opens up, you get 4 of the 5 pieces, the last one coming from level 50 quest.

After the level 45 job quest you get a second job quest which gives four pieces, fifth comes from level 50 job quest.
