Do I use my Rank or Physical Level when choosing quests?

When doing leve quests, do I use my Current class rank or physical level when deciding what set to choose?

It says "Rank 1 / Rank 10~ / Rank 20~" on the levels, so I assume it's your Rank and not physical level that should decide what leves you go for

It's most definitely rank. In the current system a high physical level can enable players to take on harder challenges at lower ranks, but the effect isn't dramatic. In fact, many of the formulas that govern success in battle and synthesis weight the rank difference very heavily.

Nyoron's right. As your rank increases, you unlock new sets of leves. When you hit rank 13, you can start doing rank 20 leves. When you hit rank 23, you can start doing rank 30 leves. When you hit rank 33, you can start doing rank 40 leves.

As your physical level increases, that will allow you to allocate stat points. So you'll have an easier time with lower level leves on lower level jobs, because your stat points will be maxed out for your level. But the best indicator for success on leves is still your job rank.

Thanks for clarifying. I was pretty sure it was the Class Rank, but I wasn't sure if the Physical Level had any influence. Now its all clear. Thanks!
