How do I get the pre-order items?
The mog cap and the cait sith doll? I entered my pre-order code on the pre-order website, enter the code on my ps3, and go in game, and people say if you see an envelope then it's in the mailbox, but I don't see an envelope and I don't know where the mailbox is.
Please help, really appreciated =o)

"Mailbox" is the Delivery Moogle - located in each city next to Calamity Salavager NPC - it's marked by envelope on map. In the Mogstation you need to see the bonus items listed under your service account.
I don't see bonus items on my mogstation. "Bonus

I entered my pre order code on the ps3, and the one on the mog station is asking for more things than any code given to me.
Veteran rewards are NOT preorder bonuses - they are listed in Bonus section like this:

If you don't see them then either you've not registered them to same service account or you've not initiated the client download after entering the PSN code on PS3 (just cancel the download right away, no need to fully redownload). If the next time you start launcher on PS3 you'll be prompted to (re-)link your PSN account to the SE service account - CAUTION - do NOT select the "Create new Service account" option there or it will not attach to your current accoun but create a new one instead which is most certainly not what you would want!
Ok, I tried to redownload the client from the code, but the only one I have is from 8/15/13 which was from the beta. So I tried re entering the codes I was given *given 2 because I tried twice* and neither of which was working, they all said "The code is invalid or expired" but the codes aren't supposed to expire till December 31st.
This is the email they're sending. Is this what I'm supposed to be typing in or is there something I'm missing?

Oh, and I didn't mention, I never entered those during the Early Access Period, I was gone during the weekend. Only entered them when my game came in on the 30th
You should also see the preorder in your PSN account trasancion or subscription history. And yes - it's the same client as beta 4 stage / Early access so it will be listed around that date you have (mine is 14th).
under services list all I have is Final Fantasy XIV: A Real Reborn Standard Edition pack and Open Beta but I will try to do the beta 4 client download and see if that gives me my items. Thanks =o)
It never asked me to re-link my psn account. Is there a way I can unlink it then relink it?
