Playstation 3 woes

So, my sister bought the game for the PS3 since she hasn't got a very good computer. We have two PS3 accounts: one for me and one for her. A problem arisen recently where she accidentally registered her Collector Edition game under my account while having started early access and having the game linked to SEA under her account.

I guess I was wondering if anyone knew if this was fixable? This system, I have to say, is very stupid. While the mistake she made was a dumb one, I honestly would've never known you could make such a mistake. I can't believe that such a thing can actually be done. Why does the account on the PS3 make any difference when the game is what should matter. You register it to the account in the game. This convoluted bull is completely retarded.
