Unable to purchase Crysta using UltimatePay/PayPal

I was trying to purchase a certain amount of Crysta, but once I reach the Pay screen, it says:

I just purchased something from Steam after my attempts to purchase, and it went through, so why is this bugging up?

um.. mog station is sooo crappy i tried everything i wanted to upgrade my account from standard to CE it wasnt working also i wanted to buy game time also not working... nothing seems to be working so :)

MOG station actually seems rather comprehensive to me. I was able to upgrade to CE without any issues.This issue doesn't seem related to MOG but to paypal/UP
Looks like paypal is denying it, try contacting ultimatepay (they have a ridiculously fast customer service), if they can't see why (maybe paypal blocked them, idk), contact paypal.

Sometime paypal is the problem. I have had it where sometimes it works and other times it just refuses to process, even though I have hundreds more than the purchase amount

i am facing the same issue here. I bought the game with paypal. Now, cant buy crysta using the same paypal.

I have also experienced this issue today. Luckily, PayPal cancelled the purchase and my money is still there. Tried 2 times and finally the payment success.

link you bank account with paypal and pay that way. worked for me.
