A Relic Reborn ( Veil of Wiyu ) problem

As you can see the quest text is wrong. I spent a bunch of money getting this all ready, and I am not a legacy player. How can this be fixed? Can I get my relic still somehow?

you need a book of casting with 2 savage might 3. I did the same thing as you and so have a bunch of others.

Do you know where / how to remove the materia? I would trade the healer book for the DPS one ~
