Steps:
1. Talk to NPC Sybell for "Seeing the Seers" sidequest
2. Complete the sidequest and get the message 'You have heard words of the Seedseers. (5 of 5)'
3. '"Seeing the Seers" objectives complete!' message follows.
4. Get '"Seeing the Seers" has been updated in your journal' for two times.
