Game is broken

Like the title says, your game is broken Square Enix. Instead of working on keeping the servers running, trying to fix all the problems and bringing the servers down for maintenance every day, how about you take them offline and take the time you need to get them working properly while keeping the public updated on progress and an eta on when service will resume. People paid money to play and most can't even log in, not everyone has loads of free time to sit there spamming the servers with login requests. Your public face is bad too, you're just not being active enough responding to people's questions and complaints. These people having trouble playing the game they paid for are feeling like they're talking to a brick wall, they feel ignored and angry. That makes for bad business. They are your income. They get more upset trying and failing to login than they would waiting a few days while the servers are fixed knowing that they can finally play at the end of it.

Yes, Agreed.

Because taking them offline magically makes them work faster /sarcasm, there would be even more complaining if NOBODY could play over letting some in to enjoy it. They don't have time to sit here apologising to every person personally. They're installing new servers and bringing them online Wednesday not to mention upgrading current ones, or didn't you read Yoshida's two rather lengthy posts about the subject before adding yet another useless thread to the sea of crap in tech support?

I think the problem is, they're active enough they just have way to many sites and boards they have to post on. They have Facebook, emails, twitter, reddit, forums, the website, developer blogs.....just too much. That being said even getting anything done on their website through your account is a pain in the ass. What I don't understand is how hard is it to take the servers down for 1 minute every 12 hours a day to clear out the servers of afkers until they "implement" this afk kicker that they're working so hard on over the weekend.....
