So I was in beta 3, 4, pre-ordered and was in early access. the first day or so I even played the day. Over the last few days I worked so I couldn't log in but today when i open my client it wants a registration code, and the pre-order code i try to enter says it has already been used, which makes sense, since I used it on this account.
I dont see this issue on the forums yet, but i know other people are having this problem as well.
did you BUY the game
look at you email (AND THE SPAM FOLDER)
use the code the Registration Code that is the box of the game
or in the NEW Registration Code in the NEW email
the OLD pre-order code is NOT the same as the Registration Code
From my understanding pre-ordering the game means to order the game, before it's release.
Unless I am somehow mistaken by this apparently simple concept, yes, I did "BUY" the game. Just to be crystal clear I pre-ordered the digital version of the game.
I have checked emails, spam folders, trash, etc.,etc.
Who did you buy the game from? This is exactly why we asked for a sticky... brb while I find that thread.
