[FATES] medal rating for healer or tank

Hi,
i'm very disappointed in the medal rating by Fates.

when i'm going to a 30min Fate where we have to kill a oversized mob, i only heal the tank and all other dds and i got only bronze.
And I heal very much.

that's why i do damage as a scholar now because otherwise i got no gold medal.

That should not be the sense of a healer to do damage and other peaple die during the fate because nobody wants to heal.

The same thing for tank because my friend was the tank during the beginning of the fight of the big mob and he got a silver medal. oh yeah !
