Thaumaturge traits can stack up with Conjurer ??

I just want to know about this point...

for example:
I bought Thaumaturges' "Will to Power" traits , and then i bought Conjurers' "Will to Power"..


Can I equip both of them at the same time?

To give a little more evidence, I've bought every single ability from both guilds and was only able to buy Will to Power (I,II), etc. once, coincidentally from the CON guild because I focused on CON first.
