Wont let me log into ps3

I use the ps3 disk to load the game. When it opens it asks me to set up a square enix account, link my sony entertainment network account and confirm purchase information.

I hit next and it asks me to sign into SE. I do that, then it brings up at page that says
No valid service account is available to play FF XIV.
In order to play you much purchase or register product code(which I've done)
Please restart your Game.

I have an account, I was playing yesterday.
I linked it to my sony account.
I cant find where to start the monthly subscription fees to pay.

I have tried using the pre order download version to log in and the same results.

I really have no idea why it will not let me play. Is the game failing for everyone else or just Disk based ps3 users?

i have the same problem after on night the server kicked me off. i've tried re-installing though the disk and the psn network and no luck.

I put in a help desk a few hours ago. I most likely wont get a response until Tuesday. I'll be in the mountains by then, and when I come back i'll be playing Diablo 3 on the ps3. Hopefully they fix it before I get hooked on that. I really want to play this game.

See if your account is activated for PS3.

It isn't, and it won't let you register the game on mogstation. although it doesn't make sense due to the fact that we both bought and register the game which if you have it on disk you don't need to do, even after registering on the psn and downloading the client nothing changed at all

it says my account is inactive. but it shows no way to change that.
