I've been trying for 2 hours unsuccessfully to connect during off hours. I can somewhat understand not being able to during congested hours, but during the off hours? Really? Isn't this some kind of fraud? Paying for a game and not being able to play it? I know you agree to certain terms and conditions, but this is a major fail, releasing a game when it's not ready. well what ive noticed is that theres no off hours since the limted amount of Europe Severs. Alot of there people are joining the NA severs so theres always a constant hour base for our servers.
