Extension of game

I pre order the game 2 month before release. Since then I was to get early access (did not), so waited for launch day to play... Got game and enter code, PSN said it was a bad code, went to SE. They said need to contact PSN for new code. Contact PSN they said they don't give out 3rd party game code and have to contact SE. Contact SE again and after 4hrs I finally got new code. After playing for one day the code was bad again. And now I can't play at all.
