EXTREME Server Lag / Shoddy Server Code - Garuda and Dzemael Darkhold, various FATEs

I have spent close to two hours today and last night fighting Garuda, many of the wipes on Garuda caused by Minstral Song hitting party members behind the Rocks, or Minstral Shriek hitting virtually the entire party despite being outside of the Eye of the Tornado, and their bodies laying dead outside of the Eye.

Batraal (Final Boss) of Dzemael Darkhold: His Desolation attack has EXTREME lag on the server. This attack is a One Hit Kill to anyone except the Tank, and I have seen three of them hit in a row, despite myself being across the room away from where Desolation was aimed.

The Cyclops FATE in Coerthas has an attack called 100 onze Swing, a most definite one hit kill that is another culprit, I have died to it more than once and my body has been where? OUTSIDE of the circle drawn under him.

I was just removed from my instance in Dzemael Darkhold because of repeated wipes caused by Desolation, why the eff does a timer to kick you from a dungeon even exist?
